The Role and What We’re Looking For

We are seeking passionate and talented individuals with a strong interest in learning and using the latest technologies. Our ideal candidate is a local talent who is able to report to one of our offices in Klang Valley, Selangor.

Roles We Are Hiring For:

  • Intern: 0-1 year of experience (our goal is to transition you to an Associate Developer).
  • Associate Developer: 1-4 years of experience.
  • Senior Developer: 4-8 years of experience.
  • Senior Consultant / Architect: 8+ years of experience.

Essential Skills and Technologies Exposure

  • Back-end Languages: PHP, Python

  • Front-end Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (React/Vue/Svelte).

  • Databases: Strong knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

  • Mobile Development Framework:

    • Ionic Framework
    • Flutter Framework
    • React Native

  • Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git.

  • Methodologies: Experience with Agile and SCRUM.

  • Soft Skills: An ability to interact and develop a rapport with clients and a strong desire for continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Software Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for enterprise and mobile applications.
  • System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain software solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and performant.
  • Full-Stack Development: Take ownership of projects from front-end to back-end, with a focus on both user experience and system functionality.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent technical support and consulting.
